I’m here to help un-do the damage our fast-paced, convenience-led society has caused.
Why?
Because I have dealt with the consequences firsthand, I went from working for 15 years in a high-pressure sales environment to working in a Michelin-star kitchen.
The heat WAS on.
After experiencing mental and physical burnout that led to unhealthy habits, inflammation, IBS, and stress - I found my road to recovery through nutrition and meditation.
I realized that burnout was not just a personal issue but a societal one. So, I embarked on a journey of education in nutrition and meditation to help others find a healthier path towards a fulfilling life.
After graduating from SF Culinary School, I became a certified nutrition coach and meditation teacher to bridge the mind-gut connection and promote a holistic approach to wellness.

Primary food is a non-food source of nourishment in your life – everything from creativity, purpose, movement, spirituality, and relationships.
It is what you do to satisfy your hunger for life.
Secondary food is the food on your plate - what brings you physical nourishment can also positively impact your mental and emotional health.
It’s about balancing both food sources and taking a mindful approach to both to bridge the gap between your mind and gut.
